Our remote survey visit will be performed via a WhatsApp bot using a series of questions important to assess condition and performance of insulation, heating and ventilation system. The survey will evaluate key aspects of the building, including insulation, heating, ventilation, and occupancy patterns. The remote survey will be used to improve tailored retrofit recommendations, upfront costs, and estimated energy savings, serving as deliverables of our detailed home energy plan. The assessor is not liable for external factors affecting energy performance, and all recommendations should be reviewed for feasibility before implementation by external contractors under a formal quoting process.
Users acknowledge that any actions taken based on this information are at their own risk, and Ivynest LTD shall not be liable for any financial, operational, or legal consequences.
Ivynest aims to help users explore potential government grants and flexible funding options for home energy improvements. While we provide general guidance on available grants, including eligibility criteria, our EPC Assessment Pro plan does not directly facilitate grant applications or financial transactions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any retrofit work undertaken as a result of our assessments complies with relevant laws and regulations.
The EPC Assessment Pro Plan must be paid in advance, either monthly or annually. Late payments exceeding 15 days will incur a 2% late fee per month until settled. Failure to pay within 45 days may result in service suspension and legal action for debt recovery. We accept payments via credit and debit cards and PayPal.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include restricted access controls, secure authentication mechanisms, and regular security monitoring. However, no system is entirely risk-free, and we encourage users to use strong passwords and safeguard their login credentials.
All content on our website and services is owned by Ivynest LTD, except for trademarks and logos associated with certifications.
Ivynest will exercise all reasonable skill and care in providing the Services of our Essential Plan or the EPC Assessment Pro Plan, however, elements of Ivynest’s performance of the Services are dependent upon third parties for which Ivynest is unable to guarantee the performance of or accept any responsibility for in the event they fail to provide accurate information or deliver information without delay. All information, calculations, and projections provided through our Essential Plan or the EPC Assessment Pro Plan are for general guidance only and do not constitute professional or financial advice. We do not provide warranties for the free Essential Plan or the EPC Assessment Pro Plan, as these plans offer estimated information, which the user is responsible for its usage. Ivynest does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform and may perform scheduled maintenance or upgrades that could affect service access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Ivynest is not responsible for any data loss experienced by users.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Ivynest LTD harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from:
Ivynest LTD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, technical failures, cyberattacks, or labor disputes. In such cases, Ivynest will take reasonable steps to resume service but is not obligated to issue refunds for disruptions caused by force majeure events.
This agreement is solely between Ivynest LTD and the customer. No other person or entity who is not a direct party to this contract shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated. Any legal claim or dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
When using Ivynest’s services, you must not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, send offensive or inappropriate content, attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with our software, insert malicious code, or use the services in a way that could disrupt security or impact other users. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and restricted access to our services.
Ivynest LTD reserves the right to terminate accounts under the following conditions:

If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may submit a written complaint via hello@ivynest.co.uk. Ivynest will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a resolution within 14 days.
